To locate the MSL information for your Intel product follow one of the options below:
- Access the Product Release Qualification (PRQ) documentation by following How to Find Product Release Qualification (PRQ) Documentation for Intel® Products. PRQ documents normally include MSL information towards the end of the document (under the Thermal Mechanical section).
- Access the Manufacturing Advantage Service (MAS) documentation by following How to Find Manufacturing Advantage Service (MAS) Documentation for Intel® Products. Client and Data Center MAS documents normally include MSL information (most of the cases under the Module 4 section).
- Test specifics or general MAS documents will typically not contain MSL information.
