执行步骤：

  1. 根据 主板型号 下载 BIOS/固件包。查找名称中包含工作 EFI 或 UEFI 的软件包
    注意 还提供用于从作系统中更新固件的软件包。这些文件的文件名中包含“英特尔 OFU”或“英特尔 SFUP”字样。
  2. 解压 更新包的内容，并将所有文件 拷贝 到之前完成 FAT32 格式化的 USB 闪存驱动器的根目录。
    注意 预期的内容包括一个许可证文件夹以及若干文件，其中包括 startup.nsh。解压后，如果解压至单个文件夹，您需要访问该文件夹以便查看所需的内容。
  3. 将 USB 闪存驱动器 插入 英特尔® 服务器主板上任何可用的 USB 端口（最好在背板上）。
  4. 将服务器启动到 EFI 外壳程序。您可以在开机自检时通过 <F2> BIOS 设置实用程序访问 EFI 外壳，或您可以在开机自检过程时仅重复轻击 F6 键。
  5. 进入 EFI Shell 后，由于内容位于 USB 闪存驱动器的根目录中，所以会自动开始更新。提示时 只需按 任意键即可。
    1. 如果没有自行启动更新过程，请 继续 执行以下作：

      1. 运行 fs0： 命令，将目录改为 USB 闪存驱动器的根目录。

        注意 USB 闪存盘也可以安装到 fs1，具体取决于您的系统可能安装的其他设备。
        如有必要，在 EFI Shell 上运行 map-r 命令，以安装 USB 闪存盘。 fs# 的编号取决于 map -r 命令的结果。

      2. 运行 Startup.nsh 命令开始更新。按照屏幕上的说明进行作。

        注意 当提示您从 5 个选项中选择时，选择 #3（ 同时更新 SDR 和 FRU），并按照屏幕上的说明进行作。

      3. 在 POST 期间按 F2 键 重启 系统进入 BIOS。然后，进入 BIOS 后， 按下 F9，加载 BIOS 的默认设置。 重置 任何自定义 BIOS 设置。最后， 按下 F10，保存所做的更改并 退出。
