Lorenzo is a PhD student in computer graphics. He is interested in light transport simulations, random-number generators, quasi-Monte Carlo methods, and quantum computing. Before Intel, he had a research internship at Weta Digital* (now Unity*) and was a research assistant at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). He also collaborates with Ioan Pop's group at KIT, creating applications for today's quantum computers.
