Description:

Patch# 0.08: 
 The Intel® Quartus® Prime Design Software patch (patch # 0.08) is required for customers using Compute Express Link (CXL) IP generated by release v23.1 or using the associated example designs or simulation/test bench files.
The patch fixes the following issues (see below):

1. New features added = Cache Line State Tracker (CLST) not working properly. 
    - Added CLST ports at IP boundary, and parameterized the CLST instances in DCOH.

2. When running the CXL Type 2 example design, the DDR4 memory is not detected. 
   - Added declaration for "hdm_size_256mb" in the CXL Type 2 example design. 

3. Mailbox Access may result in a system hang.
   - Updated the example designs for Mailbox features.

4. DVSEC_FBCTRL2_STATUS2 read data as X on bits 63, 50, 49, 48, 31, 18, 17, 16.
   - Updated definition of "ip2cafu_csr0_cfg_if" from input to output.

5. PF1_CSR space read data mismatch issue.
   - Updated example designs for PF1_CSR space.

6. CAFU CSR0 Source Control issue.
    - Updated CXL Type 3 example design for DOE.

7. Error due to not connected MSB of AXI User Bit.
    - Example designs updated for cafu2ip_aximmN_aruser definition.

8. GUI update in CXL Device Identification Register.
    - Updated GUI to remove Vendor ID, SubSystem Vendor ID, Subsystem ID  gating with Enable Override Class Code.

9. Refclk Source is Global Clock prevents multiple simultaneous CXL IP instances from working properly.
    - Updated IOPLL setting to enable "Refclk Source is Global Clock". 




Caution - You must either have previously installed the
          Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime 23.1 software or must
          install the Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime 23.1 software
          before installing this patch. Otherwise, the patch will
          not be installed correctly and the Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime
          software will not run properly.

Note:

    already installed those patches, you can safely install this new
    patch on top.
